Our client a leading public sector organisation have a requirement for an AO to work in their city centre office.
Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
The role is available immediately for 3 months initially
Rate of pay £7.70 ( or £8.21 if over 25) risinig to £10.89 after 12 completed weeks.
To complete a check of information received, ensuring details are associated with the correct account. To provide a telephony service dealing with queries. To provide administrative support
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C to include English and Maths (certificates must be provided)
- and be able to demonstrate the ability to navigate Microsoft Office, Word and Excel;
- Uses good communication skills and influencing skills to obtain the information required to address queries and to deal effectively with difficult situations.
