Administrator - Finance Department
A well known global company and brand is currently seeking a talented administrator to join their finance team. The role has a broad range of duties and therefore requires an individual with varied experience within adminstration and importantly within a finance or accounts dept setting.
The role would suit those with a background in supply chain, purchasing, purchase ledger.
Main aspects of the role are -
- Stock purchase ledger control - matching and recording purchase invoices, processing, coding of invoices
- Dealing with suppleir queries
- Month end sales reports, month end reporting
- Co ordinating logistical arrangements for trade shows, meetings etc..
- Stock allocations and logistics
- Must have strong excel skills
This role can offer a stable and lively working environment, modern office setting and supportive team.
Salary DOE £20,000 - Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm
