Administrator  - Finance Department

A well known global company and brand is currently seeking a talented administrator to join their finance team.  The role has a broad range of duties and therefore requires an individual with varied experience within adminstration and importantly within a finance or accounts dept setting.  

The role would suit those with a background in supply chain, purchasing, purchase ledger.

Main aspects of the role are  - 

  • Stock purchase ledger control - matching and recording purchase invoices, processing, coding of invoices
  • Dealing with suppleir queries
  • Month end sales reports, month end reporting
  • Co ordinating logistical arrangements for trade shows, meetings etc..
  • Stock allocations and logistics
  • Must have strong excel skills

This role can offer a stable and lively working environment, modern office setting and supportive team.

Salary DOE £20,000  - Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm
