Job title: Compliance Admin Assistant
Hours: 36 per week
Purpose of the role
To manage the administrative function of the department and to maintain an effective administrative support to the department head and to assist the compliance officers in the delivery of various statutory obligations placed upon the Council including equality and disability, information management, sustainability, land and property and health and safety. To act as a Liaison in dealing with other departments within the Council and with the public.
2 A levels or equivalent
2 years relevant experience in compliance issues.
Use of mail merge and databases.
Experience in taking minutes in formal meetings
Organising and prioritising a demanding workload including responding to requests within tight deadlines.
